Who we're looking for
Toyota Financial Services (TFS) is looking for a highly motivated
Information Security Solutions Architect whose primary focus is in
the data protection space to serve as a solution expert across
multiple security technology disciplines and advance and influence
the technology coverage and capability of the security
services.
This influential position leverages their security expertise and
experience to design and architect the security technologies used.
This role will inform and provide influential direction for the
future acquisitions of products by assessing gaps and operational
opportunities. The role will consult and collaborate with security
management, business units, security stakeholders, and suppliers to
solve complex issues and improve the quality of the security
services. The individual will be responsible for designing
solutions with multiple groups within the data protection domain
and collaborate with other security and technology teams to
understand their needs from these products. Guiding cross
functional engineering teams, this role will influence and support
delivery of solutions in an agile way following the SCRUM
framework.
Reporting to the Domain Information Security Officer, the person in
this role will support the department's objective to protect TFS
Group information assets from service disruptions, exploitation,
unauthorized access, and loss of data.
What you'll be doing
---Co-develop and maintain multi-year roadmaps for security
services with management.
---Create and maintain current and future domain-level design of
security technology solutions for service growth and
enhancement.
---Engage with management to introduce and influence security
technology decisions.
---Define and implement performance measurements and security
targets for security services.
---Build relationships with and solicit service needs from global
and domestic stakeholders and other security teams for future
service planning.
---Create, maintain, and drive domain-level standardized solution
testing, evaluation, and operational procedures.
---Review and govern domain documentation to meet and exceed
internal and regulatory requirements and ensure consistency across
all security engineering teams.
---Support engineering teams with the testing, evaluation, and
scoring of new technologies.
---Monitor and contribute to Sprint planning ceremonies from agile
security engineering teams to ensure consistency with program
growth and roadmaps.
---Research industry trends and evaluate technologies aligned with
the strategy to influence and recommend security technology
purchase decisions by management.
---Support engineering and incident response teams during critical
events.
---Conduct and participate in security product and skill training
for personal and team development.
---Develop a deep understanding of our business portfolio, while
identifying and recommending solutions to address existing
product/coverage gaps.
---Assess quantitative and qualitative data that can be translated
into product deliverables (Data-Driven) with measurable KPIs.
---Maintain a strong working knowledge of relevant security
technologies within the industry and their capabilities.
---Manage Digital Factory Owner, Domain Owner, and Sponsor
expectations for solution design, architecture, and
capabilities.
---Help develop and grow individuals.
What you bring
---Four-Year College Degree (BA or BS): in Computer Science,
Business Administration, Management Information Systems,
Mathematics or related discipline, or equivalent work experience is
required.
---Progressive experience in broad-based Information Technology
(IT) and/or Information Security (IS) experience participating in
projects and playing a key role toward successful design and
implementation of the projects.
---Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or
equivalent.
---Experience supporting a "High Touch" customer with real time
needs and requirements.
---Deep working knowledge of uses and design considerations of 3 or
more of the following technologies:
---Experience working with outsourcing models.
---Experience with Agile collaboration and task management tools
(i.e. Jira).
Added bonus if you have
---Advanced Degree; MBA with a concentration in an IT related area
a plus.
---Solid experience in broad-based Information Technology (IT)
and/or Information Security (IS) experience participating in
projects and playing a key role toward successful design and
implementation of the projects.
---Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP) or equivalent.
---CISSP Information Systems Security Architecture Professional
(ISSAP) or equivalent.
---Deep working knowledge of uses and design considerations of 4 or
more of the following technologies:
