Description:
+ The Active Directory Systems Administrator provides support
Microsoft Active Directory and Windows-based systems across the
enterprise.
+ The core infrastructure technology duties include enterprise
Microsoft Active Directory, ADFS, Microsoft Certificate Services,
policy configuration, and top-level support for enterprise-wide
initiatives.
The selected candidate will be required to;
+ Providing enterprise-level support for Active Directory and
initiatives following those through to implementation via
collaboration with project and support teams
+ Serve as escalation point for application support and
troubleshooting, provides guidance and direction in resolution of
escalated issues and/or complex production, application, or system
problems.
+ Suggest new solutions through research and collaboration with
team and engineering and determine course of action for new
application initiatives.
+ Identify opportunities to innovate, extend and enhance service
delivery everywhere possible.
+ Perform Root Cause Analysis and Problem Management for directory
services environment.
+ Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and
availability of all hardware, server resources, systems, and key
processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying
completion of scheduled jobs.
+ Install, configure, and maintain Active Directory and third-party
software utilities for hardware systems within company operational
guidelines.
+ Create and maintain system documentation for domain technologies,
including installation, configuration, and appropriate
troubleshooting steps.
+ Improve existing processes through solutions to recurring
problems and enhancements to existing solutions or
documentation.
+ Provide training as required
Required Skills
+ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
+ Minimum 5 years of working experience
+ Experienced in troubleshooting and fixing issues. Knowledge in
Software deployment and patch management procedures including
server patching,
+ Microsoft clustering and NLB setup Troubleshoot software and
patches deployments. Test, troubleshoot, and debug deployment
issues
+ Experience in implementing and administering Microsoft Products,
especially Active Directory, WSUS, SCCM together with the common
network services like DNS, DHCP, etc.
+ Experience in AD and Active directory Forest Implementation.
+ Hands-on experience in Microsoft Windows Server Administration,
Active Directory administration and Azure AD administration
+ Hands-on experience of GPO, AD Connect and AD replication
+ Good knowledge on Virtualization, Clustering and Hyper-V
+ Good knowledge of SPLUNK and Powershell
