Vibe Car Wash is seeking Customer Service Associates to join our growing team! -The purpose of a customer service associate at an exterior express car wash is to provide wash services to customers in a clean, safe, friendly, fast-paced environment. You will be the face of our brand to all of our customers in an exciting This position is eligible for sales incentives, making paycheck potential limitless! Pay: Starting pay at $12/hr plus sales incentives! Responsibilities

• Ensure that all customers are receiving the ultimate VIBE Car Wash Experience at all times by engaging with them and getting consistent feedback
• Check every customer vehicle before it enters the wash to ensure that the vehicle does not have any visible safety issues
• Facilitate the speedy processing of customer vehicles by following the correct procedure for every vehicle through the car wash
• Guide on customers to the conveyor using distinctive and clear hand signals and a smile on your face!
• Review the entrance end sign instructions with every customer
• Give the customer a thumbs-up sign when their vehicle is placed correctly and ready to start the wash process
• Continually clean all areas of the car wash between guiding customers onto the conveyor
• Perform preventive maintenance on the car wash equipment Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
  • Able to work effectively & be accountable under minimal supervision Physical Demands:
    • Regular physical mobility including reaching, grabbing, lifting, and ability to handle heavy equipment
    • Frequent walking, standing, and being on your feet for long periods of time
