Plano Parkway Building 4101, Plano, TX, 75074 USARaytheon Intelligence & Space (RI&S) is seeking a highly experienced software developer to join a small, but advanced Operations based team.The role will involve both supporting established applications/customer base and the development of new applications and data analytic solutions.Candidates must have a multi-year history designing, developing, testing, documenting and sustaining solutions.A sense of ownership and support response urgency is required should an outage occur that typically requires 5x24 support using remote location connectivity.Duties include integrating and deploying web-based technologies, documenting processes, and providing direct customer interaction for both support issues/questions and training delivery. Several established solutions provide direct Factory support while others have been developed to facilitate cross functional business processes in Planning, Supply Chain and Contracts.Candidates who desire a broader scope of knowledge in end-to-end business processes, working with new cutting edge data analytics and Internet Of Things (IoT) technologies should apply for this position.
