right Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
* Adheres to Integer's Values and all safety, environmental,
security and quality requirements including, but not limited to:
Quality Management Systems (QMS), Safety, Environmental and
Security Management Systems, U.S. Food and Drug Administration
(FDA) regulations, company policies and operating procedures, and
other regulatory requirements.
* Assists U.S. Associates with Integer Travel and Expense (T&E)
and Purchasing Card (P-Card) policies understanding and
interpretation.
* Provides guidance on T&E and P-Card policies as it relates to
T&E and P-Card usage.
* Provides training for T&E, P-Cards, and/or expense reporting
procedures to eligible Associates.
* Manages and/or performs audits on submitted expense reports for
policy compliance and/or fraud with escalation to management as
needed.
* Monitors aged expenses, late fees, personal expenses, Associates'
delinquent payments to financial institution(s), and escalates to
management as needed.
* Issues cards for new Associates, as requested.
* Coordinates with cross-functional teams, including Human
Resources and Information Technology, to cancel Travel and
Purchasing cards upon Associate termination or separation.
* Advises and resolves outstanding issues with Cardholders and/or
financial institutions.
* Develops structured communication plan for updating Associates of
policy changes, reminders on current topics, Audit findings,
etc.
* Leads continuous improvement efforts by identifying credit card
process simplification and reengineering of T&E and P-Card
programs.
* Processes increases or decreases to card credit limits.
* Monitors internal customer satisfaction and follows up on
Associate issues and concerns.
* Works independently to administer changes and updates within the
American Express and/or Bank of America systems to improve
reporting requirements set by management.
* Provides accounting information to the Controller's group or
Sites as needed.
* Ensures strict confidence with highly sensitive and confidential
information.
* Assists Accounts Payable team with reporting analytics and
research as needed.
* Performs other duties as required.
Education & Experience:
* Minimum Education: High school graduate or equivalent; AAS in
Accounting or two-year degree in an Accounting or business field
preferred.
* Minimum Experience: 3+ years of experience within corporate
accounting.
Knowledge & Skills:
* Special Skills: Detail oriented; Strong verbal and written
communication skills; Exceptional interpersonal skills to interact
with customers, executives, board members, and individuals at all
levels in the organization; Able to work in a fast paced
environment; Demonstrated ability to work independently and juggle
multiple competing tasks and demands; Able to anticipate and
respond to changing situations; The ability and maturity to manage
highly sensitive and confidential information with poise, tact, and
diplomacy.
* Specialized Knowledge: Requires advanced computer knowledge in
order to navigate within accounting systems. Microsoft Office
experience is required. LabView/Programming knowledge preferred.
