We are seeking a dedicated Reporting Analyst I to work a hybrid schedule from Plano, TX or from one of our regional offices.
This position is a hybrid work type and can be based in one of the following locations: Plano, TX; San Antonio, TX; Phoenix, AZ; Charlotte, NC; Colorado Springs, CO or Tampa, FL. Hybrid roles help employees gain the best of both worlds - collaborating in-person in the office and working from home when needed to achieve focused results.

In this role you will be responsible for creating new, modifying existing, and performing ad-hoc reporting in support of ECPO Monitoring Program oversight within the Second Line of Defense which will inform data-driven decision making. You will also develop an understanding of the business processes and monitoring systems while building positive relationships with team members, deliver value through data analysis and reporting and adapt to changing business needs.The OpportunityWhat you'll do:

  • Identifies and leads existing and emerging risks that stem from business activities and the job role.
  • Ensures risks associated with business activities are effectively identified, measured, monitored, and controlled.
  • Follows written risk and compliance policies, standards, and procedures for business activities.
  • Facilitates business projects of complex size and visibility ensuring team members champion decision making data needs.
  • Develops business solutions, including data, reporting, business intelligence or analytics.
  • Demonstrates an understanding of multiple data structures and sources to perform sophisticated data manipulation using advanced data extraction and analytical tools and techniques.
  • Recognizes the connection between the business operations and analytics to influence business strategies and solutions.
  • Supports development of innovative reporting and requirement gathering approaches to address business problems and solutions.
  • Ensures that operational reports are complete and provide accurate data to enable business functions to carry on day-to-day operations.What you have:
    • Bachelor's degree or 4 years of related experience (in addition to the minimum years of experience required) may be substituted in lieu of degree.
    • 4 years of experience in data process management (extract, manipulate and store) in a sustained and controlled manner to include data analysis/extraction/reporting.
    • Knowledge of performing data queries and ability to identify automation opportunities (e.g., SQL).
    • Strength with identifying problems or issues through testing and observation.
    • Understanding of compliance, risk management, and data security frameworks.What sets you apart:
      • 2+ years' experience using database and data manipulation tools to build reporting (e.g., SQL, Python, SAS).
      • Strong preference for SQL, Excel, and MS SQL.
      • Experience with establishing controls to ensure reporting accuracy and quality.
      • Proven ability to communicate complex concepts effectively to all levels of management, both written and verbal.
      • Demonstrated proficiency in data analysis skills to distill insights.

You are paid within the salary range based on your experience and market data of the position. The actual salary for this role may vary by location.
