Lead Workplace Strategy Business Partner for our San Antonio, TX,
Plano, TX, Phoenix, AZ, Tampa, FL, Charlotte, NC, Colorado Springs,
CO or Chesapeake, VA Office.This position is a hybrid work type and
can be based in one of the following locations: San Antonio, TX,
Plano, TX, Phoenix, AZ, Tampa, FL, Charlotte, NC, Colorado Springs,
CO or Chesapeake, VA. Hybrid roles help employees gain the best of
both worlds collaborating in-person in the office and working from
home when needed to achieve focused results.This individual
contributor will establish strategic partnerships and maintains
effective relationships as a primary liaison, passionate about
Workforce and Workplace strategies, between Corporate Real Estate
and assigned business unit(s). Provides critical organizational
level analyses, consultative mentorship, and expertise in
facilitating and resolving sophisticated business problems related
to Real Estate, Workplace, and Employee Services. Develops
effective and appropriate solutions to drive business unit
success.What you'll do:
- Consult with assigned lines of business providing mentorship on
strategy development, financial and operational planning for real
estate and workspace initiatives aligned with Corporate Services
plans and objectives.
- Facilitate and influence the development and execution of plans
and programs resulting in effective and appropriate solutions.
- Communicate and collaborate on strategies, objectives, needs
and requirements to identify, plan and prioritize solutions to
enable USAA's growth strategy and ensure and deliver business
objectives.
- Lead sophisticated, cross-functional projects and initiatives
and develops and/or uses data and reporting, timelines and
communications in support of business objectives.
- Collaborate and consult with other Enterprise business partners
throughout the enterprise to ensure that the Corporate Services
team continues to improve the efficiencies and relevance of
programs and services.What youll have:
- Bachelors degree; OR 4 years of related experience (in addition
to the minimum years of experience required) may be substituted in
lieu of degree.
- 8 or more years of experience in Business Operations, Corporate
Services, Finance or related field.
- Demonstrated experience leading cross functional teams or
projects requiring strong collaboration, facilitation and
negotiation, to include leading transformation or change management
efforts within a corporate environment.
- Demonstrated experience communicating and influencing executive
management and cross-functional teams with long-range thinking.What

- Experience in developing/fostering relationships across
enterprise executive management.
- Experience in identifying potential risk management and

offer:Compensation : USAA has an effective process for assessing
market data and establishing ranges to ensure we remain
competitive. You are paid within the salary range based on your
experience and market data of the position. The actual salary for
this role may vary by location. The salary range for this position
is: $89,200.00 - $160,600.00.Employees may be eligible for pay
incentives based on overall corporate and individual performance
