They will consult with Account Managers and SEA Management to identify and assess training needs. Will be responsible for coordinating onsite training and building training materials. Creates and manages portfolio wide training reports for AUS and SEA Management. The Training and Compliance Administrator will be responsible for conducting regular audits or assessments of sites. This will include maintaining a master roster and ensuring "No Disclosure Agreement" training has been completed. Duties & Responsibilities

  • Prepare concise written reports and brief findings to AUS and SEA Management.
    • Ensures compliance with established internal control procedures by examining records, reports, operating practices, and documentation.
    • Prepare special audit and control reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing operating information and trends.
    • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
      • Maintains files and records, coordinates training programs for Officers and Supervisory personnel.
      • Writes initial draft material for new training programs; reviews, evaluates and modifies existing and proposed programs; recommends appropriate changes.
      • Schedules the appropriate classroom and prepares the physical setup, including any audiovisual equipment.
      • Prepares and distributes training aids such as instructional material, handouts, evaluation forms and visual aids.
      • Other duties as assigned Necessary Skills / Attributes
        • Strong background in coaching, and or leadership.
        • Previous experience planning, developing, and facilitating professional development training.
        • Demonstrated strong communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels within the organization and have frequent external contacts.
        • Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize multiple and simultaneous projects and assignments.
        • Ability to communicate in writing, through emails and reports, or orally administrative and security matters to an audience that may include less technically oriented and trained listeners.
        • Ability to lead and direct the activities of staff members in order to achieve personal and team goals and complete assignments within established time frames and specifications.
        • The ability to develop tasks and work assignments, clearly define objectives, and give technical direction with applied knowledge of alternatives and decision-making experience to guide subordinates.
        • Strong organization and time management skills. Requirements
          • Must have 3 years Security/Military/First Responder/Criminal Justice Studies or combined related experience
          • Must be able to travel overnight at least 10-15% of the time.
          • Must be available and willing to work such weekends and holidays as the determined to meet its business needs.
          • Have at least six months instructional coaching or leadership experience (or similar) with a proven track record of improving learning and development qualityAllied Universal - is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
