TBX-- is excited to announce the opening of an Account Coordinator position for our fast paced and rapidly growing company. This position serves as the primary support to complex clients and is responsible for client satisfaction for our growing book of business. This position is expected to consistently provide excellent customer service and leadership to accounts, as well as represent client needs and goals within the organization to ensure quality. We will expect you: Individual would assist in the management of a complex book of business comprised of clients who are located both locally and nationally and are of various funding methods and structure that requires a higher level of experience and technical expertise. Responsible for acting as the day-today contact between clients, brokers and insurance carriers. Responsible for retaining clients through excellent customer service which includes open and clear communication channels with clients, producers and internal partners. Ensure proactive, accurate, comprehensive and timely responses occur between all parties. Meet with clients alone or in conjunction with Producer, as needed. Coordinate client implementation/renewals by the following: ensure complete execution of implementation/renewal workbook; coordinate internal meetings; prepare implementation/renewal deliverables for internal review; coordinate preparation of employee communication materials as needed. Prepare Annual Client Stewardship and Quarterly Utilization reports for each client. Coordinate all worksite marketing efforts for the Team, which includes: development of Request for Proposal (RFP); coordinate vendor responses and follow-up; analysis and comparison of proposals; preparation of client report with recommendation for Account Executive/Producer review. Proactively follow-up on all outstanding issues by communicating status of each to your supervisor. Update client deliverables list on a weekly basis. Monitoring the ticket system daily, determine if the issue or question can be addressed by client services when possible with a response back to the client within 24 hours. Preparing Statements of Work when required and remitting to the client for approval. Ability to work on additional projects that supports the overall development and advancement of the organization. Provide professional and courteous customer service; during regular business hours, all communications (email, voicemail, etc.) from either an internal team member or external contact should be returned within 24 hours. Other miscellaneous duties as assigned. Personal and Organizational Skills: Sets priorities and manages work flow independently to ensure efficient, timely and accurate processing of transactions and other responsibilities. Able to assist and mentor fellow Associates as needed. Project a professional image in action and appearance. Consistently be on time for work and all scheduled meetings and training classes. Requirements: Strong ability to problem solve, make independent decisions with minimal oversight, set and meet deadlines, communicate, negotiate, work under pressure, organize, prioritize, manage multiple tasks and operate in a fast-paced environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills Must be computer/tech-savvy and have an interest in learning new technology. Preferred Skills: 1-4 years in an enterprise services delivery area, such as Health and Welfare or Benefits Administration desired.
