Culture and Surveys team, you will contribute to identifying and
propagating best practices and recommendations for teams across the
organization, as well as supporting ongoing consulting efforts,
change management campaigns, and one-time analysis or project

MAKEResponsibilitiesThe Employee Culture and Survey Programs and
Analytics - Senior Associate role will offer you the flexibility to
make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so
that you can deliver on the following responsibilities
- Evaluate the needs and provide expertise and advice to internal
customers to leverage survey tools and employee culture
transformation efforts in order to fulfill business needs.
- Work with the team to partner with HR stakeholders on employee
survey development and focus.
- Contribute to collecting and analyzing data to formulate
continuous improvement strategies for people managers to leverage
survey insights.
- Support the development of employee culture tools and
initiatives in support of the unique implementation needs of
internal customers.
- Monitor and track progress of change management efforts against
business objectives to deliver results.QualificationsTHE EXPERIENCE
YOU BRING TO THE TEAMMinimum Required Experiences
- 2 years related experience
- Consulting, People Analytics, and/or Human Resources
experience.
- Experience in survey design, administration, and/or
analysis.
- Ability to manage relationships with stakeholders of varying
career levels and functional experience.
- Ability to manage confidential data professionally.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.Desired
Experiences
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
- Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures
within HR and related systems and processes.
- Familiar with employee culture and engagement tactics and
strategies.
- Ability to structure approach and analyze data to generate
insights to help solve complex problems.
- Experience conducting statistical analysis; advanced analytics
familiarity/experience preferred.
- Experience with change management initiatives.Additional
