serviceResponsibilities:
- Negotiate various advertising and media contracts including
NDAs; martech/adtech related agreements such as subscription
agreements, SOWs, data processing agreements; technology
transactions; and insertion orders.
- Develop guardrails and train business on contract
considerations, deviations from company's standard terms and
conditions.
- Develop negotiations playbook for commonly negotiated contract
terms.
- Collaborate with project management, sales ops, finance/revenue
teams to answer questions related to vendor onboarding, any other
sales-related RFP/RFIs questions, and any sales-cycle issues.
- Work closely with attorneys in the Digital, Technology and
Innovation team to identify and escalate issues for contract
deviations.
- Work with the privacy team on our contractual obligations for
privacy compliance, and socialize new ad services/products with
privacy team for their feedback.
- Collaborate with Legal Marketing Compliance team on ad content
policy and updates to ad content policy.
- Serve as the primary day-to-day contracts review partner for
the retail media network team helping them to execute IOs.What
You'll Need:
- Deep subject matter knowledge of contracts law and the
Interactive Advertising Bureau's (IAB) standard terms for internet
advertising for media buys.
- Familiarity with martech/adtech contracts review and
negotiations, experience with DPAs are a plus.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and writing skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate across the
legal department and business teams.
- 2-5 years' professional work experience reviewing, negotiating
and drafting contracts for marketing and advertising teams.
- Ability to implement or refine processes for efficiencies in
contracts review and negotiations.
- Ability to take ownership of projects and think proactively.
Experience with leading multiple projects or activities a
bonus.
