As a Customer Solutions Specialist, you and the team will work with more than 4,000 independent insurance brokers and agents across the United States. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, with the goal of creating an exceptional customer experience. You will play a critical role in being part of the team that resolves and reconciles more than 100,000 annual inbound inquiries per year via email, phone, and online live chat. This is an incredible opportunity to learn and be part of the Commercial Insurance industry. You will be part of a small but strong team in the Dallas / Plano area.About YouYou are a curious, habitual learning. You are comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with frequent changes to processes, procedures, and new technology tools.   • Drive an exceptional customer experience with every interaction.
  • Apply technical knowledge to resolve customer inquiries. (don't worry, we will train you!)
  • Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience.
  • Navigate customers through our online broker portal and educate them throughout the process.
  • Act as a "gatekeeper" and "gateway", providing a bridge for smooth communication from customers to various departments throughout the company.Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree.
    • Strong aptitude for learning business and administrative concepts. (Training typically lasts 90-120 days)
    • Limited travel may be required.
