fastest-growing digital banking platform serving regional and
community banks and credit unions. Our ethos is built on an

a dynamic environment requires direct alignment between our
corporate objectives and the efforts of our individual Alkamists.
This alignment will be served through our OKR Program, a new
initiative to provide transparency and accountability throughout
the organization that will enable effective decision making at all
levels of leadership. The Principal, Strategic Initiatives will
steward Alkami's OKR Program to ensure success across the entire
organization. While the function will be backstopped by our OKR
Tool (Betterworks), the true value will come from the partnerships
this role builds and maintains with Executive and Senior Leadership
in the organization to track key outcomes. Reporting directly to
the Director of IT as a member of the PMO Team, this role is
responsible for providing training, coaching and developing all
aspects of Alkami's OKR Program. Key Responsibilities & Duties:
Lead Quarterly Business Review (QBR) activities based on our OKR
Tool with Senior Leadership to identify Key Actions and Results for
the next quarter Coordinate CEO reviews with individual Senior
Leadership Personnel to discuss progress and make adjustments to
Corporate Goals Lead meeting cadence with Corporate Goal owners to
track progress and identify next best key actions Serve as the OKR
Data SME for planned and future integrations of the OKR Tool,
stewarding the accuracy and integrity of our "Operational Systems
of Record" Build reports and dashboards to identify trends and key
discussion topics to support the progress of the OKR Program
Partner with Human Resources to build training/coaching and provide
ongoing education about the OKR Program for all Alkamists Analyzing
the OKR Program and processes to identify areas for improvement and
test changes with the business Continuously evaluating progress
towards targets to identify deviations from Alkami's strategy
Qualifications: Strong executive presence and the ability to
develop relationships with senior management Excellent verbal and
written communication skills Proven ability to lead/manage a
successful program at scale Experience developing/managing OKRs or
equivalent framework Successful track record of delivering
strategic and high-value initiatives Ability to synthesize diverse
requirements and expectations across multiple business units Strong
understanding of developing training, documentation and educational
materials Exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to
detail and the ability to prioritize multiple/competing
deliverables Ability to coach and facilitate senior management
through high-value strategic trade-off conversations Cool Things to
