The nations largest property and casualty insurance provider, and the largest auto insurance provider is looking for motivated individuals to train within our customer service department. As a Customer Service Representative, you will act as the main point of contact between the company and the client they are assigned, and you must use the utmost care when handling communications to ensure the highest level of service is provided.

    Basic Job Requirements:
    • On-sitetraining in Richardson, TX from 10:30am to 7:30pm for a period of 5-9 weeks.
    • Commitmentto less than 3 days of planned PTO in the first6 months.
    • Shift schedule of 2:30pm to 11:00pm with two 15-minute breaks and a 30-minute lunch break.
    • 5 day scheduled work week (Monday through Sunday)planned 6-9 months in advance.
    • 2 days off per week with one day being a weekday and the other a weekend day.
    • Applicants must submit to and complete abasic background check before starting.Training & Onboarding:To get started, a commitment of5-9 weeks for on-sitetraining between 10:30am and 7:30pmis required.Training is comprehensive and if planned PTO during this time exceeds 2 daysyou willbe moved into a latertraining cycle, delaying your first day.
