Digital Content Operations Coordinator: Responsible for maintenance and operational support of the technological platform for the client's product in a large national retailer, as directed by Anderson Merchandisers. The Digital Content Operations Coordinator will report directly to the Director of Client Services. This is not a remote position but may be required to work from home through the pandemic. What would you do in this role? About the role: Responsible for coordinating and maintaining modulars (planograms) and trait profiles to support the image recognition platform used by our retail merchandisers. Accurately provide store details such as trait profiles, fixture types, and product assortments to the client's team, utilizing provided templates, and update regularly. Perform photo and data audits to ensure accuracy. Ongoing maintenance of data, including Modular updates, new stores, closed stores, product updates, fixture changes, etc. Responsibilities include: * Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of the card assortment, modulars, and store profiles. * Provide the client's team with modular data and fixture profiles, as it relates to the client, for all retail stores. * Weekly review of merchandising activity. * Perform photo audits to ensure reporting accuracy. * Perform data audits to ensure data integrity. * Identify, investigate and report exceptions. * Maintain and update data with mod, fixture, signing, and promotional display updates. * Work with internal teams to communicate best practices on data collection in the field. * Work with Project Managers on survey writing and implementation. * Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations. * Participate in weekly calls with the client's teams. * Own and manage processes/procedures to deliver desired results regarding the client's image recognition platform. * Prepare for and participate in Quarterly Business Reviews with the client. * Store visits to work with merchandiser, validate activity instructions, and test the technology. Skills: * Must be analytical and detail oriented. * Able to work independently. * Must be organized in all aspects of the business. * Must be proficient with Excel, utilizing V-Lookup, sorting, filtering, etc. * Must have experience using Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams. * Ability to manage multiple priorities/projects. * Possess strong written and verbal communication skills. * Able to utilize Retail Management software. Experience: * Experience with planograms and retail fixturing. * Data standardization and management experience. * Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with others. * Must enjoy digging into data and providing analysis from the data sets. Education: * Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or other related field strongly preferred.
