Bizmatics is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our team!

What your impact will be:

Sales Operations:

  • Supports the sales team in using Salesforce with process improvement, measurement, tracking, and analytics relevant to their functional areas
  • Runs monthly sales forecasting reports
  • Enhances sales productivity by enabling the team to work smarter by simplifying processes as well as owning and maintaining process documents
  • Assists with onboarding and training new sales talent on Salesforce
  • Maintains procurement and contract records for customers
  • Create Service and Sales Orders from Salesforce

Sales Support:

  • Maintains regular check-ins with Sales Representatives and others who contribute to opportunity development to determine how sales opportunities are tracking against the plan and identify any problems for internal review and problem solving
  • Demonstrates and explains products, methods, or services to persuade customers to purchase products or utilize services.
  • Practices demonstrations to ensure that they will run smoothly
  • Prepares and alter presentation content to target specific audiences
  • Provides product samples, informational brochures, and other incentives to persuade people to buy products
  • Researches and investigate software to be presented to prepare for demonstrations
  • Sets up and arranges displays and demonstration areas to attract the attention of prospective customers at trade shows
  • Suggest specific product purchases to meet customers' needs
  • Learns about competitors' products and consumers' interests and concerns to answer questions and provide complete information
  • Assists in setting up reference calls and or visits for potential customers

Marketing Support:

  • Partners with Sales and Marketing department to refine lead qualification process, analyze and report on campaign performance with reporting and dashboards
  • Works with designated stakeholders to refine our customer data set and ensure overall data quality in Salesforce
  • Supports sales strategy development and market research

Other:

  • Other duties as assigned
  • Travel as required based on business needs

What we are looking for:

  • 3+ Years in a client-facing sales environment
  • Comprehensive knowledge of sales strategy development
  • Basic understanding of Salesforce
  • Documented experience in providing demonstrations of software
  • Knowledge or understanding of HealthCare EMR/PM software preferable
  • Ability and willingness to demonstrate PrognoCIS software for large or small audiences
