Leading Insurance Company, AssuredPartners of Texas, is seeking a First Impressions Coordinator (Administrative Coordinator) to add to our team!

 

Salary: $30,000 to $35,000 based on experience with full benefits (health, dental, vision, 401k, PTO and more)

Office Location: In-office role at 500 N Central Expressway, Suite 550, Plano, TX 75074

Work Hours: Monday through Friday 8 AM to 5 PM CST

Job Level: Administrative support

First Impressions Coordinator Role Summary:

As the First Impressions Coordinator, you will be the first face for our clients and partners alike! The Coordinator will perform a variety of clerical functions including typing, data entry, scanning, copying, office support, and act as office Receptionist. 

Your responsibilities will go beyond typical administrative work as you will gain exposure to the insurance agency as a whole, supporting various departments. This is a key opportunity in our agency with a clear opportunity for advancement into a Client Services position if desired.

 

First Impressions Coordinator Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 0-3+ years of experience in an administrative support role within an office setting (internships qualify as well)
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • A sincere interest in growing a career within insurance (again, we hope to promote you in time!)
  • Expertise and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint with strong keyboarding skills
  • Commit to, utilize, and follow Agency procedures while remaining adaptive/flexible to changing demands of a growing company
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.  Ability to write simple correspondence.  Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
  • Willingness to take on additional duties and responsibilities as need arises
  • Show courtesy and diplomacy with team members, clients, and others inside and outside the agency


First Impressions Coordinator Responsibilities Include:

  • Serves as office's First Impressions advocate (Receptionist duties)
  • Provide top-notch client service to clients 
  • Support client and partner questions and needs, properly forwarding requests as needed to the right parties
  • Types correspondence, files records and performs other clerical tasks as directed
  • Uses a desktop or laptop computer to create Word documents, spreadsheets, presentations or other Microsoft Office files as directed
  • Multi-task in a fast-paced environment handling a large volume of calls, emails, faxes, and paperwork without cutting corners while maintaining accuracy and integrity
  • May manage company mail according to established procedures
