Provides a full range of administrative-clerical services
support to operate the offices of the Senior Leadership Team. To
provide back up for the executive assistants or other
administrative staff as needed.
- Provides administrative-clerical support to Chief Nursing
Officer and Chief Operating Officer, as well as other members of
the Senior Leadership Team.
- Supports hospital and departmental Performance Improvement
- Contributes to the organization's five indicators of success:
employee satisfaction, physician satisfaction, patient
satisfaction, continuous performance improvement, community
- Maintains confidentiality in working with all

- High school diploma/GED plus some college or business
- 5 years executive assistant experience in a hospital/medical
