Job Description:

Commercial Banking Technology is hiring a multi-skilled technologist to lead and build out our tech stack across Digital Marketing, Marketing Automation, Sales Enablement and Client Experience domains. We're continuing to add, upgrade and enhance the tech ecosystem with best-in-class multi-channel applications and building data integrations to leverage data and intelligence to drive demand, generate leads and improve our clients' and users' experience.

Job Description:

  • Marketing, Sales and Workflow automation technical subject matter expert, leveraging your technical expertise to drive technical aspects of Marketing/Sales automations and integrations, improving Workflow management, and integrating best-in-class products and platforms (Marketo, Salesforce, Seismic, Workfront, AEM, etc.) to create the next best-in-class digital marketing and sales automation architecture
  • As an innovative thinker, understand business expectations and identify innovative solutions to complex problems that aligns with the overall strategic direction and architecture
  • Study the users' experience in various tools and identify solutions to drive efficiency and effectiveness, identify data integration needs/capabilities and organize data and UX to be more contextual and actionable
  • Identify, analyze, design and develop integration flows to various applications and vendor SaaS applications in a secure and efficient manner
  • Leverage industry best practices and design patterns to modernize, enhance and integrate systems and applications
  • Integrate data from various applications and perform analytics, client/user experience research, along with industry best practices to drive change, growth and competitive advantage
  • Collaborate and work effectively with multiple teams, stakeholders, and vendors to drive projects


  • BS/BA degree MIS, Engineering or Business or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in technology aspects across Marketing/Sales automations and integrations, UX effectiveness, and workflow efficiency
  • Highly experienced in marketing, workflow and Salesforce integrations, implementations, administration and configurations
  • Extensive knowledge of the Salesforce product suite; Salesforce certifications is a plus
  • Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Components,, Workflows, Triggers, and REST APIs
  • Hands-on experience with out-of-the-box integration capabilities and design patterns to create contextual and actionable insights from/across various integrations
  • Experience working with integrating 3rd party SAAS based applications such as Marketo, LinkedIn, and other Marketing/Sales/Channel/Social-related tools
  • Experience with administration, managing and configuring Workfront, JIRA and/or other workflow/project management -based tools including integrations with other applications/systems
  • Javascript & related client-side technologies experience a plus
  • Continuous Integration Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) experience a plus
  • Experience using data and integration tools such as Salesforce Data Loader and Mulesoft a plus
  • Kafka, GAIA, Apigee, REST API, various DB experience a plus
  • Experience with analytical tools such as Tableau, Einstein, and/or Datorama a plus
  • Able to work collaboratively in a creative and Agile environment including full application lifecycle from technical design to development, testing, and deployment
  • Able to manage multiple concurrent projects and able to be flexible and adapt to changes
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal is required
