We are looking for a Product Support Engineer you will provide technical product support on CMS OSS products to Worldwide customers, HPE delivery teams and resellers, system integrators via incoming customer contact to HPE Customer Solutions Centers that focus on solutions for OSS products. You will focus on achieving industry leading customer satisfaction and loyalty through delivery of high level technical consulting to our customers (hardware or software issues). How you'll make your mark:

  • You will provides technical support to internal and external customers and resellers via trouble tracking tools like SFDC.
  • You will works on complex problems / projects where analysis of situations or data requires an in depth evaluation of HPE OSS Fulfillment and Orchestration Products (Service Activator, NFV-Director, Service Director, Trueview, Edge Orchestrator, etc.)
  • You can partner with our local and worldwide resources (Product Development and Implementation teams) to assist in issue resolution.
  • You will evaluates unique or complex installations or configurations and make recommendations for resolution.
  • You will provide workaround and defect fixes within SLO when problems arise in the customers' labs or live network environments.
  • The candidate will be part of a 24x7 on-call support planning

About you:

  • You have delivery, support or R&D knowledge in the CMS HPE OSS Products
  • You have significant enterprise product support or relevant IT experience
  • You are an excellent written and verbal communicator with strong teamwork skills
  • You have an excellent customer interaction, focused mindset and are a problem solver
  • Quick learner, with ability to comprehend complex systems and you are motivated to help / guide others
  • Some SQL and no-SQL (Oracle, EDB, Impala, Neo4j etc.) , Java, UNIX, development languages knowledge and experience will be appreciated
