Job Summary

The Talent Management Manager is responsible for the development and management of HR Talent Management Programs including (but not limited to) annual performance reviews succession planning engagement surveys and manager-360s. Exempt associates are expected to work as much of each workday as is necessary to complete their job responsibilities.

Responsibilities

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree is required. Master's Degree preferred.
  • 3 years of experience in human resources talent management or organizational development.
  • Deep experience in various HR systems including: HRIS Performance Management Software Learning Management Systems and Survey Tools
  • Must possess superior working computer skills with a keen understanding of business software such as MS Excel PowerPoint and Word documents.
  • Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
  • Demonstrates strong written and spoken presentation skills with attention to detail.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design and implement programs to measure develop and manage our internal talent including performance management engagement and succession planning.
  • Partner within the Talent Development team to identify career paths and associated development needs.
  • Utilize human capital analytics and metrics to design actionable strategies for talent programs
  • Build and maintain functional configuration and features of the HR System Talent and Performance modules.
  • Partner with Human Resources Business Partners to ensure alignment and linking of talent management processes with other Human Resources initiatives (e.g. retention strategies sourcing strategies).
  • Develop effective internal communications to ensure that all HR COE projects events and updates are shared with the appropriate associates.
  • Develops and edits PowerPoint presentations for various audiences.
  • Anticipates work needs and follows through with minimal direction.
