Business Analyst

Position will require someone who is self-motivated and requires little day-to-day oversight. Must be a super fast paced learner who can adapt to project changes and context switches quickly. Should have strong desire to find creative, yet simple solutions to unique problems. Must integrate well into Corporate culture and be a positive influence on the Company as a whole.

Candidate will:

Be the primary contact between the business team and Operations/IT.

Become a subject matter expert on Corporate systems and have direct influence on global system design, implementation and support.

Lead diverse groups of users to define and document changes to system processes and requirements for various Corporate systems.

Partner with Product Managers, Project Management and business stakeholders to track system projects from definition through design and implementation.

Partner with 3rd party vendors including ERP, CRM, and various marketing systems.

Define and document test plans and execute test cases and scenarios.
