We are looking for a Product Support Engineer
provide technical product support on CMS OSS products to Worldwide
customers, HPE delivery teams and resellers, system integrators via
incoming customer contact to HPE Customer Solutions Centers that
focus on solutions for OSS products. You will focus on achieving
industry leading customer satisfaction and loyalty through delivery
of high level technical consulting to our customers (hardware or
software issues). If you have a track record in a similar role,

How you'll make your mark:
- You will provides technical support to internal and external
customers and resellers via trouble tracking tools like SFDC.
- You will works on complex problems / projects where analysis of
situations or data requires an in depth evaluation of HPE OSS
Fulfillment and Orchestration Products (Service Activator,
NFV-Director, Service Director, Trueview, Edge Orchestrator,
- You can partner with our local and worldwide resources (Product
Development and Implementation teams) to assist in issue
- You will evaluates unique or complex installations or
configurations and make recommendations for resolution.
- You will provide workaround and defect fixes within SLO when
problems arise in the customers' labs or live network
- The candidate will be part of a 24x7 on-call support
