Wholesale Loans Technology supports Commercial Lending activities (Bi-Lateral or Multi-Lateral Loans) for multiple lines of businesses of JP Morgan Chase. Loan IQ is the primary Loan Accounting and Servicing Platform and Aurora is an in-house application supporting loan activities from origination and syndication, loan maintenance to secondary loan trading.

This role of a Project Management Office(PMO) is to work with the Wholesale Loan Technology team at JPMorgan Chase, Plano office. As a member of the Wholesale Loan Technology team, you will be working with a team of technologists working on the Aurora application platform, a multi-year strategic investment into workflow processing for 3,000 users.

Job Description

As an experienced professional in Project Management and Execution, you thrive at managing complex technology programs that have far-reaching implications for clients, employees, and stakeholders throughout the firm. This role requires a strong grasp of the big-picture - namely, how can technology help achieve business goals - as well as a keen ability to establish priorities, manage resources and budgets, and support high-performing teams. You'll work closely with colleagues across the firm to identify opportunities to develop programs that are broadly applicable. Once you establish a roadmap, you'll play an integral role in ensuring that the program is running on time, within budget, and in accordance with firm-wide guidelines, including risks. Just as importantly, you'll work with your team to set goals, foster collaboration, and promote the values, culture, and brand of JPMorgan Chase & Co.

This role requires a wide range of strengths and capabilities, including:

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 8 years of total experience with extensive experience in Project/Program management
  • PMP certification
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, excelling in executive summaries
  • Excels in transformation analysis
  • Excels in dependency management
  • Experience in PMO responsibilities

Expert knowledge in business processes across multiple parallel programs

Understanding of global program management standards and methods

Experience working with high-performing teams in complex program execution

Strong understanding of stakeholder management; budget management, risk management, operations

Experience creating impactful presentations and reporting dashboards which help in enhancing the teams' productivity

Collaborate face to face and virtually with the Product Owner, Operations and Technology partners around the globe

Proactively look to develop and implement best practices across the program teams, practicing continuous process improvement

Exposure to tools: MS Project, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, jira, sharepoint, confluence,

Exposure working in an Agile environment

Open to learning new tools to enhance the teams' visibility across stakeholders

Six Sigma, a plus
