Product Owner II As a Global Cybersecurity organization, we are the
guardians of Liberty--Mutual's--information and technology. Within
Global Cybersecurity, the mission of our Identity and Access
Management (IAM) program is to provide the--right access at the
right time in the right context to enable the business and to
protect employee, partner, and customer identities and assets. To
do this we design, deliver and support identity and access
management solution for Liberty Mutual products and services
globally.-- We are seeking an experienced Product Owner--to help
realize our vision--that--IAM solutions--reduce risk, are
frictionless, and rapidly respond to business opportunities by
representing the voice of the Customer accountable and ensuring
that we align how we think about and engineer--our products and
services to the way our Customers use them. About this Role
- This role is specifically aligned to our Application Access
Technology engineering team responsible for delivering solutions
that make it possible for users to access systems and data based on
who needs it, how much is needed and only when needed. Daily
- Refine & prioritize the product line backlog for the
development team by negotiating tradeoffs and conflicting
priorities based on value to the business and customer.
- Work day-to-day with stakeholders and scrum teams clarifying
business requirements, removing roadblocks, constantly
communicating and gaining alignment around product strategy.
- Be accountable for assigned product level key performance
indicators (KPI's) and manage product(s) with a low-medium degree
of strategy, KPI, scope, complexity, etc.
- Attend retrospectives to validate quality, provide feedback to
team and improve team processes.
- Set the quality standard for delivery by enforcing product
definition of ready and done (user story acceptance criteria),
accept each story and potentially features, participate in sprint
reviews and integration demonstrations to showcase working software
to our Customers.
- Lead problem resolution as needed to ensure that internal and
external customers receive prompt, efficient service. Under the
direction of the Senior Product Owner
- Articulate and translate the overall Identity and Access
Management Vision set by the Senior Product Owner into product
domain / product line roadmaps.
- Analyze feasibility, cost ramifications, economies, or other
aspects of planned or potential programs.
- Communicate the product strategy effectively to key
stakeholders and team members before, during and after Program
Increment Planning. Qualifications Desired Skills:
- A senior technical professional with knowledge of Agile and
SCALE development methodologies and product management as typically
acquired through a Bachelors' degree in relevant field (business,
computer science, etc.) and a minimum of 7 years' experience in
business, engineering, technology and/or consulting.
- Domain specific knowledge including: Cybersecurity, identity
and access management, cloud-based architecture, and application
authentication / authorization.
- Able to influence a diverse group of stakeholders at various
levels in the organization.
- A complex problem solver with ability to lead the team to push
the solution and progress.
- Able to depict complex ideas, issues, risks, benefits, impact
of change and value to audiences at various levels in the

supervision and often with competing priorities and varying degrees
- Someone with a strong experimental mindset to drive innovation
amidst uncertainty. While not required to hire any candidate must
be willing and able to work towards obtaining a cybersecurity
professional certification within the first year of employment
