Job Description:
System Innovators is seeking an Account Executive to augment our
growing team to foster new sales of our Enterprise Revenue
Management solutions and services. The Account Executive will be
responsible for the pursuit and closure of ERM solutions and
related professional services opportunities in local government
accounts within the assigned region. A comprehensive understanding
of local government workflows and practices is extremely important,
coupled with the ability to identify and engage with key
stakeholders at all levels of government and procurement.The
Account Executive is responsible for all aspects of the sales cycle
within a specific regional geography including territory planning,
targeted marketing campaigns, new customer acquisition, customer
retention and growth opportunities with current customer base.What
your impact will be:Establish productive, professional
relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
within a specified region Coordinate the involvement of company
personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in
order to meet account performance objectives and customers---
expectations Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer
needs on an ongoing basis Conduct regular business reviews with key
accounts to assess customer needs and maintain client
relationshipsAchieve assigned sales quota in designated accounts
Meet or exceed assigned expectations for customer acquisition,
profitability, and sales targetsMaintain high customer satisfaction
ratings that meet company standards Maintain a 12-24-month view of
sales leads pipeline with appropriate actions to maximize long-term
revenue growth, while simultaneously accomplishing mission critical
objectives Execution and maintenance of the company---s core values
and reputation in the marketplace Utilize CRM for all aspects of
account management: lead generation and contact management,
opportunity tracking, quotations, and closure to complete order
cycle Work across departments to ensure customers--- needs are met
in all areas including research & development, client success,
professional services, marketing and financeDaily contact with
leads and accounts through email and telephone Active execution and
timely follow up on all company-initiated marketing
campaignsMaintain adherence to all policies and procedures Provide
monthly reports on new accounts, prospects, and sales figures and
how they relate to goals What we are looking for:Bachelor---s
degree supported by 5 years of real sales experience.eCommerce,
SaaS, and/or software-based solutions required.Relevant strong
experience and knowledge selling to local government divisions and
engaging with decision makers strongly preferred.Experience in a
complex sales environment, managing demanding customer accounts
Confident self-starter with integrity and accountability; an
exemplary track record of consistent achievement is a plus
Expertise in implementing and successfully driving an indirect
channel sales model in addition to direct sales Highly competitive,
and entrepreneurial individual with a desire to tackle challenging
opportunities A passion for winning a strong aptitude for business
strategy and excellent collaboration skills Outstanding oral and
written communication skills Strong negotiation and
managerial/leadership skills Decisive problem-solving ability and
capability to assess people and situations with accuracy Ability to
