Job Description:
Cake Decorator: Cake decorator with at least 2 years custom cake
decorating and bakery experience. We are a custom bake shop.
Located in Plano, Texas. Cake decorator responsibilities include
the design and decoration of wedding , custom cakes, cookies and
cupcakes. Must have at least one year experience decorating wedding
cakes. Knowledgeable in decorating wedding and specialty cakes
using butter cream, fondant and gumpaste. Capable of developing the
appropriate icing tinting based on custom order specifications.
Working with fondant, gum paste and royal icing to develop
handcrafted 3 dimensional figurines. Cake decorator may meet with
customers to assist in the design and planning of custom orders.
Must have valid Texas drivers license. Must have Texas food handler
certificate. Serious candidates only. If you are willing to
