Job Description:
The Vice President, Talent and Leadership Development, will
strategically design, implement and manage organizational
development, organizational design, and succession planning for U.S
Renal Care. The role will collaborate with the Chief Officer of
Diversity and Inclusion to ensure that all programs, policies, and
practices promote diversity and inclusion throughout the
organization. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the
following. Other duties and tasks may be assigned.* Provides
strategic leadership to the company's Organizational Development.*
Oversee, develop, recommend, and lead key strategic talent
initiatives such as leadership development, change management,
workforce and succession planning, coaching up to the executive
level, and organizational design and development.* Consults with
leadership to drive systemic, organizational, and people strategies
that align with business strategy and that supports organizational
direction and culture.* Designs and implements leadership
development strategies for the organization, with close alignment
to the business and succession planning outcomes.* Collaborates
with leaders on best practices and methods on professional
development plans, career pathing, and succession plans with a
focus on Top Talent and senior leaders.* Builds training programs
and industry education programs that drive functional expertise and
maximize teammate effectiveness and efficiency.* Plan learning and
staff development programs such as classroom training,
demonstrations, on-the-job training, role-play, self-study,
meetings, conferences, storytelling, and workshops.* Supports
organizational design efforts and works across the organization to
consult on leveling, competency, and talent alignment.* Influences
and informs organizational development and talent initiatives such
as engagement, performance management, succession planning, and
teambuilding.* Manage organizational online learning database to
include content and course management.* Upholds management goals of
corporation by leading staff in team concepts and promoting a team
effort.* Maintains effective personnel management and employee
relations, including evaluating the performance of all personnel;
approving and submitting all hours worked and counseling and
disciplining employees.* Effectively communicates expectations;
accepts accountability and holds others accountable for
performance.* Regular and reliable attendance is required for the
job.QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:To perform this job successfully,
an individual must be able to perform each essential duty
satisfactorily.Requirements include:* Master's degree in human
resources or organizational development preferred.* Minimum 10
years' experience with program design, development and ability to
collaborate with internal/external business partners using a
consultative approach to identify business goals and performance
gaps.* Proficiency and extensive work with adult learning
principles* Proven ability to analyze significant amounts of data
and utilize results to drive results* Excellent presentation and
facilitation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with
senior leaders and employees across the organization* Ability to
collaborate with internal/external business partners using a
consultative approach to identify business goals and performance
gaps* Knowledge of a variety of training delivery modes
(Instructor-Led, Computer-Based, blended, webinar) and awareness of
current and planned organizational business capabilities*
Experience leveraging relevant training/development approaches
(e.g., learning from experience, learning from others, learning
from education)* Must have proficient computer skills, including
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook); proficiency
in USRC applications required within 90 days of hire.U.S. Renal
