Director, Strategy and Data Analytics Lead - Associate Relations

Solutions and Data Leader - strategic and innovative problem
solver, storyteller, tech and data partner with
Analytics product owner :
Guide the team to move beyond descriptive reporting helping
stakeholders identify relevant insights and actions from data.
Define and refine AR’s data journey, unlock data insights,
effectively build cohesive and powerful stories to present to
Explore relationships and trends in response to stakeholder
questions and business challenges.
Product/experience leader :
Lead a project management team supporting highly
cross-functional strategic projects.
Create a plan to research and examine AR experiences and case
processes to identify gaps in associate, client and manager
Research, identify and develop solutions to business and client
challenges and opportunities.
Ensure all priorities ladder up to a system capable of providing
comprehensive visibility on capacity, utilization, team
Partner to identify and manage new technology solutions,
continuing to build on AR’s infrastructure and data journey (e.g.
case management technology, data solutions, natural language
Assist in building AR’s brand across
Powerful leadership :
Develop strong partnerships with key stakeholders across HR and
LOBs in order to expand the capabilities of the organization -
specifically related to analytics, product experiences, and
Oversee strategy for how we execute integrated horizontal
delivery (pods, priorities, etc.)

Basic Qualifications :
Bachelor's Degree or military experience
At Least 7 years in some combination of consulting, product,
Preferred Qualifications :
Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA), Finance,
Economics, Science, or Engineering
Professional Human Resources Certification or Senior
Professional Human Resources certification or Coaching
10+ years of client facing experience or 10 years of consulting
experience or a combination
8+ years of experience in people analytics or business
3+ years of experience in people management
3+ years of experience in strategic consulting
