About the Role
This team is responsible for owning and managing the SaaS
Production & R&D Lab Data Centers globally. The Infrastructure
Solution Engineer as part of Service Engineering team, will be
responsible for defining technical standards for compute, storage,
and virtualization technologies, spanning both on-prem and cloud.
Architecting, designing, implementing, and enhancing application

and developer applications. The incumbent will need to regularly
prepare and present project proposal, collaborate within PSDC,
broader SaaS Production Support team, and Product Development
The Infrastructure Solutions Engineer is responsible for:
Hardware Infrastructure - Experience with Storage and SAN,
Compute (Blade and Stand-alone servers).
Linux Installation, Administrations, Performance Tuning and
Troubleshooting on multiple distributions including RHEL, SUSE,
Privileged Access Management (PAM) - Installation, Configuration
and Troubleshooting of PAM products. Experience with NetIQ is a
Virtualization Installation, Configuration, Resource Tuning, and
Troubleshooting of VMware, OpenStack, Kubernetes.
Software Development Tools Experience with Object Repository
tools, SCM (Source Code Management), Collaboration, Continuous
Integrations, Code Review products.
Windows Installation, Administration, Troubleshooting of
Operating System, and Active Directory Services.
Education and Experience Required:
Bachelors or masters degree in Engineering, Computer Sciences,
Information Systems or equivalent.
Minimum 5+ years experience with Storage & SAN
5+ Years of experience in Linux System administration,
troubleshooting on multiple distribution, Active Directory
Minimum 7+ years experience working in a Heterogeneous Compute
Infrastructure with Enterprise Servers, Storage and Network in a
Physical, Virtual and Hybrid Environment.
5+ Years of experience in Windows System administration, in
depth knowledge of configuration management of Windows operating
systems. Experience in Windows Active Directory (Domain, DHCP, DNS,
Knowledge and Skills Required:
Extensive experience with multiple Authentication products,
Developer tools and Repositories.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in overall architecture of software systems for
products and solutions.
Scripting Knowledge (Perl, Python, and PowerShell)
Experience with product compatibility and performance
Strong communication skills catered to a wide variety of
