| HNS Recovery, a leader in the vehicle repossession industry known
for ethical and efficient solutions, is seeking a highly skilled
and licensed attorney to join our corporate team. We are seeking an
attorney that has experience in any of the following: Civil
Litigation Law, Corporate Litigation Law, Transportation Litigation
Law or General Liability Law. As our In-House Legal Counsel, you
will be instrumental in shaping our legal framework, ensuring
compliance, and protecting our business interests in a complex
regulatory landscape. Key Responsibilities: Provide expert legal
counsel on all aspects of vehicle repossession, contract disputes,
and commercial litigation. Champion compliance with state and
federal laws, including critical regulations such as the FCRA,
GLBA, SCRA, FDCPA and UCC. Lead the drafting, review, and
negotiation of contracts to safeguard company interests.
Strategically manage litigation, collaborating with external
counsel for effective resolution. Proactively monitor regulatory
changes and guide the company in adapting its practices. Identify
and mitigate potential legal risks, developing and implementing
policies to minimize exposure. Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD)
from an accredited law school. Active and in good standing Texas
law license. Demonstrated expertise in state and federal
repossession laws and regulations. Proven track record in
litigation management and contract negotiation. Exceptional
analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to
thrive independently while managing multiple complex legal matters.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience within the vehicle finance,
recovery, or repossession sectors. In-depth knowledge of Fair Debt
Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) and Uniform Commercial Code (UCC)
