We are looking for an experience IT Manager to oversee and enhance our Information Technology operations. This role is responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of all IT systems, infrastructure, and support services. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader who is able to manage day-to-day IT operations while also aligning technology initiatives with the company's long-term goals. Objectives: Oversight and management for daily operations of the IT team Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting assistance to the team Ensure IT systems, applications, and networks run efficiently and securely Proactively identify and address security vulnerabilities Plan for network capacity and storage requirements Monitor system performance and implement improvements as necessary Ensure IT security policies, protocols, and compliance requirements are met Manage data protection, backup, and disaster recovery strategies. Provide IT support for software implementation projects, including planning, deployment, and integration Develop, implement, and monitor IT policies and procedures Develop relationships with Departments and solicit feedback for technology needs, concerns, or process improvements Coordinate special IT projects, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and timely completion. Manage external vendors and service providers, particularly those involved in hardware and software support services Assist Departments with any desktop support or technology support Attributes/Experience/Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field Five (5) or more years in IT management or a similar role, with experience leading teams Strong expertise in networking switch configuration and troubleshooting via Netgear Proficiency in network security/firewalls and backups such as Dropsuite and Ironscales Excellent planning, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities Experience preferred in the following applications: G- Suite, Salesforce and Microsoft 365 for Business
