Director, Software Engineering - Data MigrationsWe are seeking a
Director of Software Engineering who is passionate about growing
and sustaining an innovative technology organization while
fostering a culture of engineering and operational excellence. This
individual will be an engineering leader who enjoys solving complex
business problems in a fast-paced, collaborative, inclusive, and

Software Engineering will be a part of the Customer Core Platform
organization within the Enterprise Platforms Technology (EPTech)
line of business. This leader will bring technical expertise in
data migration and integration projects which will aid in our
technology transformation agenda for the organization as we support
Capital One's customers through management of critical data.
Additionally, the Director of Software Engineering will drive the
vision and roadmap across the teams, partner across horizontal and
cross-functional teams, lead strategic discussions with
stakeholders, and lead teams of talented technologists.The ideal
candidate will be a highly-motivated risk or process management
professional with excellent process improvement and communication
skills. The candidate will be detail-oriented and results focused,
and will have a proven record of problem solving and collaborating
