JOB POSTING:We are seeking a Lead UX Researcher (Mobile) for a client in Plano, Texas! This is a hybrid role.For immediate consideration, email resume to: RECRUITING@MILLGROUPUSA.COMOverview:Seeking a highly skilled and experienced User Experience (UX) Researcher with expertise in leading evaluative research efforts and leveraging a variety of research methodologies and tactics. You will be responsible for leading and conducting user research activities to inform the design and development of features, flow, and functionality within the mobile space. Your research insights and recommendations will directly influence product strategy, ensuring the delivery of exceptional user experiences. This role requires a deep understanding of user behavior, excellent research skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Duties:Create the plan/approach/methodology, understand how best to leverage stimuli in sessions to get answers for digital and design clients, moderate the sessions, analyze the data, facilitate working sessions and discussion with cross-functional partners and senior leadership, and work with a support role to execute the research. Look at the entire app experience for improvements, enhancements, and new ways of delivering great experience to our members. Required: 6 years of demonstrated experience conducting user experience research, employing a variety of approaches including ethnography, contextual inquiry, concept/solution testing, evaluative walk-throughs, card sorts, usability, and similar methods for evaluative research.Experience with Mobile UX Research with compelling insight and actionable recommendations for the consumer Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and influence decision-making processes. Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Strong understanding of mobile platforms (iOS and Android) and their unique user experience considerations. Experience with RITE testing (Rapid Iterative Testing and Evaluation) and the ability to quickly iterate on designs and translate to inform design and product teams based on user feedback. Demonstrated expertise in analyzing and synthesizing complex data into actionable insights quickly, without sacrificing rigor or the integrity of the data. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present research findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels, including senior and executive leaders.
