Job Description:
The Learning Lead is a critical member of the Commercial Banking
(CB) Learning Team which provides best-in-class training for
front-office professionals to support the CB's business priorities.
As a member of the team, you will partner closely with the business
to develop and support training programs for professionals across
the CB. This role will be responsible for development and execution
of numerous CB training programs and for helping the business
achieve its long-term strategic goals through training.
Key Responsibilities
Partners closely with business to perform needs analysis, develop
training and execute all aspects of training programs
Owns end to end development and execution of training programs
including curriculum design, logistics, planning, pre-work, speaker
prep and post-program activities , including feedback
Manages rosters and communications including corresponding with
participants regarding enrollment and program logistics
Works with conference centers on room logistics for in person
sessions
Provides on-site/virtual logistical support for training events
Manages feedback s urveys: creation, distribution, follow up and
executive analysis reporting
Ensures flawless program coordination, administration and
rollout
Participates in the execution of additional special projects
Skills/Competencies:

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Proficiency in Survey Monkey, Adobe and Zoom
Qualifications:
5+ years' experience in program management
Training Experience is preferred
Bachelor's Degree
Demonstrated success with managing complex logistics for multiple
programs/events.
Experienced with performing in a fast-paced environment; adjust
readily to multiple demands, shifting priorities, and rapid change
with composure.
Strong work ethic - reliable, committed, productive, cooperative,
self-disciplined, accountable.
Ability to work collaboratively with team members and productively
in virtual team environment
