in designing, producing, testing, or implementing moderately
complex software, technology, or processes, as well as create and
maintain IT architecture, large scale data stores, and cloud-based
systems.

The Sr. Salesforce Developer role will offer you the flexibility to
make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so
that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:
Independently determine the needs of the customer and create
solution frameworks.
Design and develop moderately complex software solutions and build
new capabilities to meet the needs of the Compliance and Ethics
initiatives and regulatory requirements.
Use a process-driven approach in designing and developing
solutions.
Implement new software technology and coordinate end-to-end tasks
across the team.
May maintain or oversee the maintenance of existing software and
applications
Qualifications
THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM
Minimum Required Experiences
5 - 7 years of relevant work experience
Expertise building applications on Salesforce platform specifically
Service Cloud, Salesforce Communities with good understanding of
Salesforce Security model; Salesforce Configuration and
Customizations - Apex class, Triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning
components, Lightning Design System; Events, Process Builder,
Workflows, Formulas, Flow, Assignment Rules and email Alerts
etc.
Experience builds integrations between Salesforce and external
applications using REST, SOAP APIs, oAuth and Single Sign-On.
Hands-on experiences with migrating changes from development to
test to production environment(s) using CI technologies like
Salesforce DX, Jenkins, GIT, Bitbucket, JIRA
Well versed with various Salesforce metadata API's, deployment
methodologies, code coverage & release process
Ability to effectively debug and resolve production issues and
system defects.
Good to have hands-on experience in integrating Salesforce with AWS
Services.
Desired Experiences
4 - 5 years working in Salesforce Lightning
Bachelors in computer science or IT
Strong preference for candidates who are Salesforce.com certified
in the following areas: Certified Administrator, Certified App
Builder, Certified Platform Developer I and Certified Platform
Developer II
Experience using software and computer systems' architectural
principles to integrate enterprise computer applications
Good communication skills along with problem solving and analytical
skills.
