Job Description:

Performs cyclical and project-based management activities to ensure the on-time execution of ongoing services, initiatives, and special projects within HR Technology Supports HR Technology through the effective management of vendor contracts and renewal planning Identify and develop process improvements within HR Technology with focus on innovation, prioritization, efficiency, quality, and technology maximization Provide system support for Human Capital Management and Learning Management systems, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, mitigation, resolution, and communication to system users and business partners Applies agility, design thinking and critical thinking to design, build and deploy new and/or enhanced system and team capabilities and solutions that continuously optimize and streamline processes. Develop, sustain, and analyze reporting on system support efficiency & effectiveness metrics and implement appropriate resolution as needed Drives employee-centric and service minded solutions when evaluating and delivering key processes and solution offerings. Assist with implementations for all Human Capital Management and Learning Management systems, working closely with departmental Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to identify and document functional requirements. Develop and execute UAT test plans and test cases to ensure the system design/solution meets end-user requirements. Work closely with technical and functional owners to assess process and functionality gaps, document requirements and ensure system solution meets end user needs All other duties as needed or required MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required 3+ years related direct experience with an HCM System, Workday preferred Experience and familiarity with HR support, process, and relational database systems Experience guiding projects through completion Experience working within a large corporation Experience in system implementations preferred Proven analytical skills and problem solving abilities Demonstrated ability to work with various levels of the organization For new hires, must meet all FedEx Office employment qualifications in force at time of hiring For current FedEx Office team members, must meet hiring criteria for the position and transfer requirements as outlined in the Team Member Handbook ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Ability to travel as required in order to meet with customers, vendors, other team members, and/or other business necessities Ability, on a consistent basis, to maintain attention and concentration for extended periods of time Ability, on a consistent basis, to read and interpret documents and instructions from customers, vendors, and other team members Ability, on a consistent basis, to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and other team members Ability, on a consistent basis, to perform work activities requiring cooperation and instruction Ability, on a consistent basis, to function in a fast-paced environment, under substantial pressure Ability, on a consistent basis, to work within the appropriate level of independence Ability, on a consistent basis, to report regularly to work and maintain established business hours in order to support the FedEx Office business; regular attendance and/or reporting could include regular attendance at a physical location and/or maintaining established business hours depending on the scope and nature of the position #LI-Hybrid #Hybrid Quality Driven Management strives to deliver market-leading customer experience, business excellence, and financial return through a Quality-oriented culture and day-to-day application of Quality science.
