Job Description We are hiring for a Technical Product Manager
with expertise in Velocify Lead Management Software. The ideal
candidate will be supporting Velocify application including
configuration (understanding of URLs) and API integrations with
internal applications. If you are ready to create an impact in a

LA, Atlanta, New York, Raleigh, and more. Overview Responsible for
leading efforts across Production Loan Software Engineering teams
to deliver on initiatives and scalable applications designed to
streamline and enhance the loan process. Oversees unit operational
activities to ensure efficient and effective execution of technical
product management activities. Communicate vision and cascaded
goals to production mgmt team, delegate responsibilities, manage
production, and aggregate productivity results for presentation to
senior management. Exemplifies and drives business unit culture and
ensures hiring, motivation, training, coaching and counseling, and
terminations are conducted appropriately. Responsibilities
Responsible for technical product management planning and
successful execution. Communicate established vision and provide
tactical direction to the Agile product development teams and their
stakeholders Continually retrospect, analyzing data to drive
innovation within the product Work closely with technical leads and
product managers to ensure we're building modular, analytics and
capability rich, scalable and secure services, products and
features Act as the Technical Product Owner for headless services
or products Ensure that the teams always have an adequate amount of
prior prepared and prioritized efforts (i.e. epics, user stories,
etc.) to focus on Champion pre-planning, planning and
prioritization of product backlogs. Assess value, develop cases,
and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on
those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy
Champions backlog grooming, iteration planning, and elaboration of
the user stories processes and other Scrum rituals Provide an
active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team
completion of Release/Sprint Goals Research and analyze market, the
users, and the roadmap for the product Keep abreast with
Agile/Scrum best practices and trends Perform other related duties
as required and assigned Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned
with the organization---s desired culture and values Qualifications
3 years solid experience in and expert understanding of technical
product and project management leadership in geo distributed
environments including at least 1 year of experience with cloud
based ecosystems Previous experience with and understanding of
structured software engineering including at least 1 year as an
engineer Ability to be speak ---tech,--- yet verbally and
cognitively agile enough to hold their own in a strategy discussion
with senior technical, product or executive leadership Comfortable
with recruiting and leading TPMs capable of working on projects at
scale unlike any other they've encountered Proactive contributor
that is calm under pressure, with an eagerness to learn and share
with the team Experienced with Agile / Scrum methodologies
Outstanding communication skills, both written and oral Working
understanding of basic SQL and strong understanding of data-driven
product development concepts Some experience with FinTech is a plus
Previous experience with or good understanding of SaaS and / or
PaaS platforms is a plus A passion for learning, continuous
improvement, sharing, and working in a team environment Proven
people management skills
