Job Description This position is for a technical lead with hands-on experience in the design and development of web/mobile applications for PepsiCo's different CMS and eCommerce platforms. It is their responsibility to act as a full-stack web developer and lead the team to build our next-generation web applications. The individual needs to have strong knowledge of web application flow with relevant knowledge on hosting platforms and hands-on experience on the DevSecOps process. She/he will develop web applications together with the team in a LAMP stack environment preferably using PHP and ReactJs. This person will also work with various business stakeholders in problem-solving, creating business capabilities, and defining effective and efficient technology solutions for solving business problems and enabling business capabilities. She/he will also partner with delivery, production support, and shared services partners (e.g., Quality Assurance, Infrastructure Engineering, Reference Architecture, etc.) to ensure alignment of the solution approach and estimates with each stakeholder. Responsibilities:Design & develop modern cloud-native solutions which are scalable, highly secure, reusable, and maintainableWork independently, develop End-to-End proof of concepts and guide the team with the sample code and configuration for full-scale developmentLead the team on the DevSecOps process by providing the needed support in configuring the build and release pipeline.Be responsible for gaining a deep understanding of the entire Digital Marketing and Commerce portfolio of applications and understand the integrations between them.Provide technical estimation and create high and low-level diagrams for the development team to consume. Work with the team to analyze technical blockers and recommend solutions to move forward.Follow enterprise architecture standards and processes for technical rollout and implementations.Apply various design patterns for complex functional, technical, and business requirements.Collaborate with project managers and take ownership of technical deliveries.Qualifications/Requirements Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent. Experience:8 years in application development and delivery4 years experience working in eCommerce, modern web, and mobile applications4 years experience in Php with emphasis on specific Php frameworks such as Symphony or Laravel 2 years experience in any one of the cloud platforms - Azure or AWS with a deep understanding of IAAS, PAAS, and SAAS based products and services2 years experience in designing container-based deployments preferably Kubernetes.2 years experience in DevOps platform including setting up pipelines, releases, and designing deployment architecture Good knowledge of estimation processes and technical diagrams.Familiarity with identity management solutions, OAuth, and OIDC implementationsExperience with design patterns, REST, and GraphQL API design.High-level Knowledge of the following technologies: Web aPplication framework, ReactJs, Server Technologies, Microservices, Caching, and Web Security tools. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Web & Mobile application design and development with strong cloud and CI/CD knowledgeCOVID-19 vaccination is a condition of employment for this role, effective December 31, 2021.
