Data Management Clerk

These positions typically involve filing paperwork,
stuffing/opening mail, and various tasks. Previous experience
performing advanced admin functions required by the specific role.
May include previous advanced experience with specialized computer
Required: Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks at one time
with efficiency & accuracy. Must be self motivated and have
demonstrated ability to work independently with a high degree of
attention to detail. Must be able to put 7 digit numbers in order
quickly and accurately. Proven problem solver with good integrative
thinking skills. Familiar with MS Outlook & Excel. Ability to work
in tight spaces, bend, reach, and lift boxes up to 25 pounds. Must
have a good attendance and be dependable.
Checking-in customer files, performing quality reviews, and
sorting, in numerical order, when files arrive. Able to identify
documents required for legal retention - with a balance of
efficiency and accuracy. Pulling files from shelves at the time of
payoff or charge off. Satisfying file and image requests from
multiple sources, reports, people, and other internal customers.
Scanning documents to assign images to customer accounts in imaging
software. Strictly adhering to processes, procedures and policies.
Being flexible is a must as change is based on business needs.
