Program Director SD WAN and Voice

Date: May 6, 2020The Customer Security Director (CSD) will be
responsible for strengthening Ericsson's capability to sell,
deliver and develop solutions that efficiently and optimally define
and meet our customer's security needs.
Acting as a dedicated Business Partner and Senior Advisor to the
Global Customer Unit / Customer Unit and Sales and Delivery teams,
as well as a single point of contact for all matters related to

Program Director is primarily responsible for leading local and
offshore team for Customer deliveries based on Agile Scrum based
projects in the area of SDWAN and Voice Solution Testing.
- Program Leadership Skills: Extensive experience in leading
large size Delivery Program for SDWAN (CiscovEdge, SilverPeak,
Velocloud), Firewalls and Integration, Testing and
- Technical Skills: Virtual Edge experience in areas of
Enterprise SDWAN, Virtual Routers, Virtual Switches, Virtual
Firewalls, Enterprise Voice like Unified-Communication and
High-Level knowledge of Private-Public Cloud Network & Security and
service offering. Good technical-skills and the ability to
- Experience on SDWAN Solution Testing Program: (Functional
Testing, Performance Testing, security Testing).
- Aware of Various SDWAN testing Tools and Framework.
Agile Project Management: Experience in Agile Software/Test
Delivery Lifecycle. Agile delivery framework Scrum Master Role, PI
Planning, Sprint Planning. Tracking, Daily Stand-up Meeting and
Sprint Demo Reviews.
Technology Amenity: Comfortable in front of Technical audience of
Architects, Customers and Partners.
Collateral: Ability to give to technical collateral.
Industry Experience: 20+ years in the software/technology industry
with primarily Network Engineering background.
Experience: History of working with and understanding the needs of
Technical teams, managers and individual contributors in IT &
Networking departments, as well as their decision-making
Education: Bachelor or master's Degree in Engineering/ Computer
Science or equivalent
- Fluent in written and spoken English. Additional local language
skills a plus.
Partner Enablement: Drive joint collateral creation such as
technical presentations, standard methodologies, case studies,
reference architecture designs and solution guides.
Relationships: Understand the partner organizations,
decision-makers, influencers and Vendor contacts for the partners.
Develop strategic relationships with key contacts to drive the
integration and partnership.
