Job Description:
The Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for the full-cycle
recruiting: post job requisitions, screen candidates, phone
interviews, setting up interview schedules and recruiting data
tracking. The Recruiting Coordinator is also responsible for the
on-boarding of new Team Members in our HRIS / Timeclock systems.
This role spearheads projects that impact the pre-hire process such
as Applicant Tracking System projects, employment branding
opportunities and other recruiting initiatives. Essential Duties
and Responsibilities The following duties are normal for this

- Partners with hiring managers to determine the staffing
needs
- Screen resumes, interview candidates (by phone or in-person),
administer appropriate assessments, reference/background checking
as needed, make recommendations for hire (or not hire)
- Manages and tracks current candidate activity, recruiting
initiatives and open positions using the Applicant Tracking System
(Clear Company)
- Coordinate the onboarding paperwork and new employee file for
orientation
- On-boards all new Team Members in software systems for
ATS/HRIS/Time Clock (Clear Company/ADP/MakeShift)
- Uses traditional and non-traditional resources to identify and
attract quality candidates such as career fairs, on-line job fairs
and community network events
- Develops advertising programs (internal and external) in order
to ensure high visibility with potential candidates
- Utilizes social media platforms to target job advertisements to
potential candidates
- Research and develops employment branding opportunities for
Mustang Creek Estates to attract top talent in a highly competitive
labor market
- Follows up with candidates and hiring managers to ensure
updated information on the interview process status
- Develops and maintains an excellent relationship with internal
and external clients to ensure achievement of staffing goals
- Assists hiring managers in communicating important employment
information during delivery of employment offers (i.e. benefits,
compensations, orientation, and training, etc.)
- Works with hiring managers to ensure compliance with all
federal/state laws and regulations in regards to hiring
- Manages and tracks current candidate activity, recruiting
initiatives and open positions
- Business office support
- Follows all applicable Mustang Creek Estates community, state
and federal rules and regulations Qualifications
- Ability to read, write and speak English fluently
- Ability to act in a resident's best interest
- Ability to act and supervise in a professional and courteous
manner
- Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to follow MCE policies and procedures
- Ability to attain Mustang Creek Estates Team Member

- Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, college
degree preferred
- Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to
handle multiple demands and prioritize tasks effectively and
efficiently
- Demonstrate the ability to work in a confidential
environment
- Preferred to have at least 1 year of experience in
interviewing/recruiting in a high-volume environment
