We are currently seeking a Remote HR Senior Project Manager to join our team in Hybrid/Remote- Plano, TX, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

• 
  Great opportunity for Senior IT PM with experience with e following:
  
  • General IT Project management experience with multiple project types: HR software implementation, HR software development, security tools, HR changes, general process improvement projects, among others. (Experience with all types not required but best coverage is our goal to help make the employee successful.
  • Awareness of project scheduling using tools like MS Project and Clarity PPM, coupled with the ability to build a project plan, and to drive that plan to success.
  • Certification in project management or equivalent experience
    • Skilled understanding of Project Management methodologies and the ability to align projects and methodologies based on the nature of the project
    • Awareness of HR business practices including Talent acquisition, talent management, identity management, onboarding, benefits management and related onboarding activities that would be associated with acquiring outside companies and making them part of NTT DATA Services.
    • Understanding of Project Management methodologies and able to apply the best solution based on the nature of the project (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid (Wagile, Scrumfall, etc).
    • Understanding of the key HR tools and processes used by successful companies today and the challenges of merging acquired companies into the parent company
    • Ability to interact with leadership and function as an advisor, change agent, and protector of the NTT DS Brand.
    • Ability to deal with ambiguity, making solid decisions on less that perfect information.
      Must Have:
      
      10+ years' experience leading HR related projects with exposure to IT
