Bum ba-dum dum dum dum dum!" We are a District office located in Plano, Texas responsible for supporting over 50 local agencies across the DFW Metroplex. The Head of Recruiting is an integral member of our recruiting team responsible for delivering top talent and excellent service. This individual will develop robust candidate pipelines and be capable of generating results in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to proactively identify top-level talent through a variety of sourcing/recruiting techniques. This professional will ensure impeccable recruitment execution to achieve seamless candidate recruitment experience.Our Culture and Values: We believe that each team member is crucial to our success, and we treat them that way.     • Coordinate with District Leadership to profitably grow the footprint of Farmers Insurance in the DFW Market
    • Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
    • Manage a consistent, high-volume flow of qualified candidates through active and passive sourcing methods.
    • Plan and conduct interviews and selection procedures
    • Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System
    • Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect our selection criteria
    • Lead employer branding initiatives
    • Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
    • Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by entry point
    • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
    • Send 400 prospecting messages via ProAct daily, weekly prospecting job descriptions via Ideal Traits as needed
    • Source 50 candidates per entry point via Workable People Search
    • Complete a minimum of 40 Calls/4 Hours talk time per day to set appointments
    • Set a minimum of 25 initial appointments per weekKey (Required) Qualifications:
      • 3-5 years' experience in a full cycle recruiting role; at a recruiting agency or as a corporate recruiter.Experience sourcing and recruiting candidates via social platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter etc.)
        • Experience in high-volume recruiting
        • Experience utilizing an Applicant Tracking System
        • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
        • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
        • Strong communicator and team player with a positive attitude and outlookSalary & Compensation
          • 60k-65k annual base salary depending upon qualifications
          • Performance Bonuses (Total Annual Comp up to 85k)
