Join our growing company and help shape the future at Omnicell! Human Resources Business Partner Are you an experience HRBP looking for a new challenge? Omnicell is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our newly acquired business team in Plano, TX. This role is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business functions. The position serves as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues and the successful incumbent will act as an employee champion and change agent. The HRBP assesses and anticipates HR-related needs and communicates needs proactively with HR and business leaders seeking to develop integrated solutions. The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization. The HRBP maintains an effective level of business literacy about the business unit's financial position, its culture and its competition. Responsibilities * Assists leaders on various HR related projects such as performance reviews, merit and bonus process, updating job descriptions, benefits communication and enrollment, rewards and recognition programs * Develops strategy and content for Human Resources communications * Provides continuous process improvement, and suggestions to assist client groups in meeting departmental goals * Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR COEs to develop solutions, programs and policies * Provides day-to-day coaching and guidance to line management * Oversees the day-to-day needs of client groups including all ER, policy interpretation and organizational effectiveness * Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal department as needed/required * Responsible for managing, customizing, implementing and administering HR programs * Develops and administers programs, procedures and guidelines to help align the workforce with the strategic goals of the company * Partners with management to communicate Human Resources policies, procedures, programs and laws * Determines and recommends employee relations practices necessary to establish a positive culture and promote a high level of morale and motivation * Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations * Works closely with leadership team and employees to build morale, and increase productivity and retention * Required_Knowledge_And_Skills * Ability to exercise good judgment and discretion; maintain confidentiality * Strongly demonstrated persuasive and relationship-building skills * Proficient knowledge of employment law * Expert-level knowledge in at least one functional area of HR including ER * Excellently demonstrated verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) * Basic_Qualifications * Bachelor s degree * Seven plus (7+) years as an Sr. HR Generalist/HR Business Partner with progressively responsible diversified experience in human resources including experience in a for profit multi-location business environment * Preferred_Qualifications * Master Degree * PHR/SPHR * Proficiency with Oracle and Success Factors * Work_Conditions * Office Environment * Travel up to 30% * Irregular work hours * Nothing in this job description restricts management s right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time.
