CUSTOMER SERVICE ADMIN/REPRESENTATIVE

The Customer Service Administrator's position is multi-faceted by supporting various organizational roles in the Branch. This position supports the Sales team and is also responsible for normal office operations such as answering office phones, ordering supplies, and resolving customer disputes.

Responsibilities:

• Follow established policies and procedures for daily administrative duties.
• Correct invoice and work preparation for different types of sales.
• Assist with purchasing and inventory.
• Responsible for filing all necessary paperwork.
• Balance cash drawer and make deposits daily.
• Generate sales data and reports as required.
• Perform accounts receivable duties including collection of past due accounts.
• Match statements to invoices.
• Update National Accounts work.
• Forward necessary paperwork to division/corporate office on a timely basis.
• Understand and use correct product codes.
• Keep all assigned equipment in good repair and working order.
• Perform other duties as assigned. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
