Our client is a customer service, sales and fulfillment BPO company. They are expanding very quickly in the health and wellness space. They are seeking someone with a minimum of 3 years customer support experience, an awesome personality who specializes in customer support, a highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction that would like to grow quickly within a small company.Summary/ObjectiveThe customer service representative will assist callers with billing inquires, product questions, and resolving complaints. In addition, this role will handle all customer service tickets received. This role will also involve upselling to customers, so the representatives will be eligible for commission.Essential FunctionsProcess all customer service tickets.Assist callers with product and billing questions.Resolve customer complaints. Seeking to create a win/win for the company and customer.Handle customer questions.Opens and Maintains customer accountsEnsure customer information is accurate and updated in CRM.Creates and maintains computer files and suspense for follow-up action.Provides advisory support and assistance to the department supervisor as needed.Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.Provides administrative assistance and support.Processes customer orders/changes/returns according to established department policies and procedures.Provides timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns.Partners with the sales team to meet and exceed customer's service expectations.Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customer's experience.Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.Required Skills/QualificationsCustomer/Client FocusExcellent listening skillsComplaint de-escalation skillsAttention to detailExcellent verbal and written communication skillsTime Management.Pleasant, Patient and Professional AttitudeWant to contribute to something that makes aDIFFERENCE?If you have what it takes. . .come grow with us!Our client started their organization to help solve a problem:Despite all the advances in natural health research, most consumers were still being subjected to the old "medicate first, ask questions later" treatment model.
