Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available in
Winnsboro, TX, supporting students from kindergarten through 6th
grade in a vibrant school setting. This contract position begins in
March and runs through the end of the school year in June, with
options to continue through summer and the next academic year.
Responsibilities include providing on-site speech and language
therapy services to a moderate to severe caseload. Collaboration
with two other full-time therapists on campus ensures a
comprehensive support network for educators and students alike.
Working hours align with the school schedule, typically starting
between 7:30 and 8:00 AM and concluding between 2:45 and 3:45 PM,
allowing the possibility of up to 40 hours per week. Desired Skills
and Experience: - Credentialed SLP with Certificate of Clinical
Competence (CCC) preferred - Experience in pediatric speech therapy
within school settings - Familiarity with teletherapy practices is
a plus - Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates
are encouraged to apply - Experience as a Speech-Language Pathology
Assistant (SLPA) in school or healthcare environments also welcomed
- Expertise in managing moderate to severe student caseloads
