Job Description Sterling Medical is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist (PT) to support patient care at Brooke Army Medical Center (BAMC). This is a unique opportunity to work in a mission-driven environment , providing care to active-duty service members, their families, and military retirees. You’ll join a collaborative clinical team focused on delivering high-quality rehabilitation services. Schedule & Work Environment Monday – Friday 7:00 AM – 6:30 PM (8-hour shifts within this window) Predictable weekday schedule Structured, team-oriented setting Benefits 3 weeks of Paid Time Off (PTO) 11 Paid Federal Holidays Consistent full-time hours Supportive, mission-focused environment Qualifications Active Physical Therapist (PT) license (any U.S. state accepted) 2–3 years of clinical experience preferred Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy Board certification
