Administer and manage respiratory care treatments and modalities as prescribed by healthcare providers. Assess patient respiratory function and analyze diagnostic testing to develop appropriate care plans. Educate patients and families about respiratory treatments and maintenance plans for chronic conditions. Collaborate with the healthcare team to modify care plans based on patient progress and response. Maintain patient safety and confidentiality in accordance with healthcare regulations and standards. Proficient in the use of respiratory therapy equipment and instruments. Strong understanding of respiratory conditions and treatment protocols. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to educate and advocate for patients. Ability to work flexibly across various healthcare settings.
